Catastrophe adjusters are often inexperienced. Some of the storm troopers adjusting Superstorm Sandy claims are causing frustration for New York and New Jersey policyholders who deserve much better service at a crucial time.

Sadly, the "schmuck" description seems more appropriate than "adjuster." Many policyholders will have no alternative but to hire their own professionals to receive full policy benefits.
