Filing a Federal Flood Insurance Proof of Loss is filled with possibilities of malpractice for public adjusters and attorneys. While I was just sworn into the New York Bar just several weeks ago, as noted in A Fun Day – Joining the New York Bar and Talking with Chris Christie, I am chairing a workshop for New York attorneys regarding all the various issues associated with a National Flood Insurance Proof of Loss.
